BSAS SUSTAINABILITY RATING SYSTEM
The Beyond Sustainability Assessment System (BSAS) is the most widely recognized rating system in the world for sustainable airport infrastructure and community development. BASA certification offers a framework for healthy, efficient, and cost-effective, sustainable, smart airport facilities, providing environmental and social benefits. It serves as a globally recognized symbol of sustainability leadership, supported by a committed community of organizations and individuals driving market transformation.
CARBON ACCREDITATION
Airport Carbon Accreditation is a global program that assesses and evaluates airports' carbon reduction efforts. It is the only institutionally endorsed program for airports. We offer specialized Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) verification services globally. The ACA Scheme, introduced by the Airports Council International in 2009, is the leading voluntary carbon management standard for airports. A certified ACA verifier independently verifies airports' carbon footprint and management strategies.
SUSTAINABILITY TRAINING
Airport training programs focus on sustainable development and environmental management, addressing key environmental impacts of airport operations. These programs equip participants with knowledge and skills to implement sustainable practices, reduce CO₂ emissions, and manage airport energy, ensuring the sustainability of airport operations. The training program focuses on seven key themes: carbon, climate change adaptation, biodiversity, circular economy, energy, water, pollution, and land use. The GCC model is expanding to include social impact in design assessment.
